Why use your service over others?

At Designapix offer’s a month-to-month subscription where you can pause your subscription anytime you don’t need the service. This will save you time and money in the long run.

Hiring a full-time senior designer can cost over $80,000+ a year, plus benefits—and finding one who’s available that offers quality designs is no easy task. On top of that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, meaning you’re paying for downtime. Designapix allows flexibility.

What does unlimited designs mean?

After subscribing, you can submit unlimited design requests, which will be completed and delivered to you one by one. They will be completed within your chosen hours per week. If you only need 15 hours per week, then once your limit is reached we can hold any additional project requests submitted for the following week. Your hours will start over each Monday of the following week.

How soon can I get my designs?

Most requests are typically completed in 48 hours or less, though more complex projects may take longer. On average, typical requests such as a designing for a landing page, or setting up social media templates are delivered within 48 hours. For larger requests, expect to receive deliverables every 24-48 hours until the project is finished. Each project will vary.

Who will I be working with?

You will work directly with me the senior designer and owner of Designapix for all services offered. This will save time and money by cutting out the middleman. For any additional services not offered currently, I may collaborate with partner designers or companies I trust and will communicate this if needed.

Can I cancel my service after one month?

Yes, you can cancel your service at anytime before your monthly subscription ends and you won’t be billed the following month. We offer our services on a month-to-month basis and you are free to come and go as you please after each month.

How will you handle big projects?

For larger requests, Designapix breaks the project into manageable parts. You can expect to receive a portion of the work every 24-48 hours until the entire project is completed. This will be done within your hours you chose per week.

What if I need more work done one month?

You can always choose another subscription plan for that month and switch as needed for more hours or less.

What programs do you use?

Most design projects are designed in Photoshop, Figma, Canva or other platforms. We can discuss this further if you have a preference.

How do I request a design?

Designapix provides great flexibility for requesting designs through Trello. You can submit requests directly via Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a video explanation if you prefer not to write out briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s acceptable. We also use slack or dropbox, which can also be used with uploading any documents or audio/video descriptions.

What if I am not happy with the final design?

We’ll keep revising the design until you’re completely satisfied. No Problem!

Any design services you don’t offer?

Designapix currently does not include large files that involve complex video/animations, 3D modeling, complex packaging, or extensive print design (like magazines and books). If you prefer to have us outsource these requests, then we can do that for you as part of your plan.
***Any service that needs to be outsourced may have longer delivery times and additional costs.

What if I only have one design service needed?

Designapix works on a monthly basis and we currently do not offer single design services. We do offer low hour plans starting at 5 hours a week for one month if you need less. You can use it for many different services including tedious task work like data entry projects, WordPress product information updated on your site, or even image updates or compression. If you need at least 20 hours for one month of our services, then you are free to choose our low 5 hour plan anytime.

Any Refunds if I don’t like the service?

Given the time and quality that is put into the work, we do not offer refunds at this time. You can simply discontinue service.
